JR-3A Dielectric Additive for Wire Cutting Machine

JR-3A Dielectric Additive is used to make working liquid for wire cutting machine. JR-3A can increase the cutting efficiency during machining and roughness of cutting surface of workpiece. It can be also used to make cooling liquid for grinding machine, milling machines and other black metal machining process. The contents of JR-3A is green product for environment.

1. Increase half grade of workpiece surface roughness after cutting.
2. Improve 30% machining efficiency, especially when cutting a workpiece with thickness over than 300mm.
3. Workpiece is easy to take off and clean after cutting.
4. Especially suitable for multi-cutting WEDM.

6. It’s suitable to make working liquid together with running water according 1:50 ratio.
