Normally in the workshop, wire cut EDM is adopted big electric current 5A-10A, high cutting speed, high frequency and applying cooling liquid to improve machine cutting efficiency. This cooling liquid is easily coming into guiding pulley unit and damages its plastic insulator, and it leads to the insulated value decreasing considerably. So, high frequency current may pass through guiding pulley and connect with machine, and quickly damage guiding pulley and its bearing, reduce machine cutting efficiency obviously. In order to solve this problem, we developed our new type of waterproof guiding pulley unit. Our patented waterproof guiding pulley seat adopts new material to reach anticorrosion and keeps same deflection with copper material of seat under different conditions and temperatures. With high insulation of its material; it is very suitable to fit wire cutting machine when it do big electric current, high current frequency cutting. With patented water-proof design, this seat fits guiding pulley well and prevent guiding pulley and its bearing from damage by cooling liquid during machine running.
Special design description: Patented waterproof guiding pulley adopts new design of installing a impeller on shaft of guiding pulley, when molybdenum wire drive guiding pulley and make it rotate, the impeller runs with high speed too and puff away the working liquid and protect guiding pulley and guiding pulley seat well, and it significantly prolong the life-time of guiding pulley and its bearing.
We supply rich sizes of Water-Proof Guiding Pulley Unit for choice. This unit combines with water-proof steel guiding pulley, bearing and water-proof guiding pulley seat together. Customer may choose the right size of unit according to his machine's arm width and the diameter of seat holes in machine arms.
